Virtumonde.gen

Hi
I'm having terrible issues with Virtumonde.gen, constant pop-up ads. I ran Kaspersky Anti Virus which seems to find the various Virtumonde.gen files but can't delete them all. It deletes most except the .gen file which then seems to recreate the files that cause the pop-ups
I have attached a HijacktThis file and would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you!!!

Please go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. This will take out part of the infection and by looking at your logs, we'll be able to find the remaining files that need deleting. Be sure that Spybot's teatimer is not enabled and that your computer is in msconfig normal startup mode. Both of these are addressed in the READ & RUN ME instructions.
