   I have used your site before and been very pleased with the results, thank you. I have a virtumonde infection and am attempting the first steps of cleaning that you recommend.
   However, I am unable to attach to www.majorgeeks.com where the software downloads are located. I have tried with both IE and with FireFox. Both just clock with no results. Could this be due to the virtumonde on my machine, or are there server issues, there?

   It may well be the malware.....have you tried using a different computer? Sometimes it is necessary to download to a different machine and use a thumb drive or copy to a cd and transfer the scans to the infected machine.
