Virtumonde!!! Please Help

Hello,

Thanks in advance for the help. I am having an extremely difficult time removing Virtumomde. I used Spybot, Ad-Aware, ClamWin and they all detected Virtumonde and claimed to have removed them but they are still appearing. I am also unable to use the Windows Update Center. I am unable to manually start the automaic update service. I am not sure if this is related but I noticed this right around the time I found Virtumonde. I ran Hijack this and have pasted the results below. Any help with this would be greatly appeciated. Thank again for any help.
