Virtumonde quarantine

My computer was infected with the Virtumonde trojan two days ago. I downloaded a few spyware programs to try and remove it. I've read through the forum about how difficult it can be to permanently delete it. I quarantined it with Ad-Aware and then quarantined what I found on Malwarebyte's. I rescanned with both programs and it came back clean. Finally, I did a search with Spybot Search & Destroy which came back clean as well.

I know the Virtumonde trojan is just quarantined and not deleted forever but is my computer safe? Can I proceed normally or do I have to go through the process of permanently deleting it to ensure it's safe to use my computer?
