Virtumonde strkes again

My computer is to the point where it's barely functional. I get fifteen seconds of delay between anything I do and the time that it happens, several letters are omitted from everything I type, programs will lock up and won't close without rebooting - it's bad. I found virtumonde a month or so ago and thought I had gotten rid of it,but it's back along with a bunch of other stuff Adaware, Spybot, and Webroot Spy Sweeper can't remove. I have Vundo and Hijackthis ready to aim and fire. Anyone care to tackle this?
