Virtumonde (??) won't go away

    I dowloaded virtumonde yesterday, and I've been using all sorts of programs to get rid of it. I can't really detect it using the programs, but I have to think it's still there because both IE and Firefox are giving me issues and won't load certian websites (which is very odd). HJT log is below. Any help would be most appreciated.
