Virtumonde

I have followed all of the steps in the read me first malware removal guide. I have also run Adware and purchased and ran Spyware Doctor. I also ran the special removal for Virtumonde and Smitfraud and I still have Virtumonde. When I use spybot search and destroy, it tells me that the Windows Security is disabled and it says it fixes it, but it doesn't. Also, when I use the search function in Windows, it shows that Virtumonde is still there, and I try to delete it, but it says "Cannot delete file. Cannot read from the source file or disk." Please help me get rid of Virtumonde.
