Virus alert by my clock

Pretty sure my PC is infected. It has Virus Alert by my clock and I can't find my C Drive. Also it keeps asking for Windows Genuine Advantage - unable to complete genuine windows val. but this was done a long time ok and this is a legit copy.

I'm not sure if my Hijackthis log will help. I can't get into my control panel to remove any programs though just a heads up.

It won't let me install Spy Bot and Malware is having issues finding "file specified"

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. You have multiple antivirus programs installed, make sure you uninstall all but one as requested.
