   I appear to have a virus called virus doctor on my cpu. I have completed all the steps of the run this first thread. Can anyone give me some guidance?

   It appears as though the scans took care of the malware. Could you just tell me what this is:
   C:\Windows\fonx7881.exe ?
   
   You need to put ComboFix on your desktop so that our final cleanup procedures will work instead of here:
   c:\users\Jerry\Downloads\ComboFix.exe
   
   Tell me if you are having any other issues.
