Virus Extraction | IE and Incredimail complications

removed virus from machine and the machine is stable. there are problems with skype causing a bsod with no dump file. that's secondary.

most recently i removed the virus and now incredimail will not open. i've downloaded the installer and it won't work either. also IE will not load hotmail or facebook. both sites work fine on FF.

java is up to date and i'm concerned about the LSPs. they don't look normal to me but when i remove them it can't use port 80. so i have them there Spybot indicates them as not normal also.

that's just it...i'm certain it's a malware issue i just don't know what it is. so i was hoping to get some insight and steps to diagnose and discover it.
