virus found in valid file?

On a scheduled scan, AVG notified me:

During the scan, a virus or unwanted program was found. c:\Temp\gc_ep_w01_enu.exe

When I Google that file, it has to do with my printer. I'm afraid that if I quarantine it, my printer won't work. Any ideas?

I know anyone can get a virus, but I wonder if I really do have something since I am adequately protected in accordance to recommendations made here and I don't practice high risk surfing behaviors.

The scan finished running. I'm not sure if it quarantined that file or not, but it did give me 2 warnings:

C:\hiberfil.sys
[WARNING] The file could not be opened!
C:\pagefile.sys
[WARNING] The file could not be opened!

Should I do the "Read & Run Me First" again? I did it about 2 months ago as preventative maintenance.

Description: HP Officejet Basic Driver
Recommended download for your device to provide basic functionality.

*Recommendation: Pretty much anything in a Temp dir is fair game for deletion - provided you have further acted on it.(i.e. installed or copied to another location) Delete it to your Recycle Bin / reboot. If you have any problems with your printer after testing for a few days, empty your recycle bin.

These are legit Windows files. AVs can't open them because it's a protected system file, and they are locked.

hiberfil.sys deals with OS hibernation.

pagefile.sys deals with virtual memory. It compliments your RAM by using hard drive space as more memory.
