virus found

    hey guys, since i can't post in the virus forum (read only). i am running avast home and it came up with this virus info:

    Virus name: Win32:Trojano-376 [Trj]
    File Name: C:\WINDOWS\sdkkl.dll
    VPS version: 0442-3, 10/15/2004

    the options are to move/rename; delete; repait; move to chest.
    WHAT DO I DO? someone please help! i have never had to deal with a virus before. thanks guys.

    thanks kodo, went ahead and ran a full scan, first time ever on this machine. found a bunch of trojans. got em cleaned up now. the comp seems to run a little faster also. :D and i like that.
