Virus Help Needed (please)

    Hi Everyone,
    I have found Virtumonde and Win32.trojandownloader.conhook on my system, as well as Dropper.Agent.dgo. I have also seen the following files that I can't indentify: osqfcpel.exe and hgggdby.dll

    I have tried using Ewdio, Ad-Aware (which for some reason is being blocked from receiving updates), virtumondebegone.exe, VundoFx, ATF-Cleaner, CCleaner, AVG Anti-Spyware, SuperAntiSpyware and just when I think I have the problem licked, it comes back again.

    I think I'm literally going insane.

    Below is the HiJackThis report. Any insight would be VERY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
