virus help needed

I have already completed the virus removal steps and am still having problems.

Laptop is an asus x551ca purchased from best buy 18 months or so ago

I have ran all the scans and attached the log files, however, I cannot locate the mglogs.zip file. when I ran this scan a couple of errors popped up. I managed to get chrome installed, and so far have not experienced the same issues.

First Problem is internet explorer is consenting have popups and locking up.
Second problem (may or may not be virus related) when I hard wire into the router, I can get internet connection with just the problems above, however when I try to connect with the wifi I get a limited connection error, and all the other devices connected to the wifi loose their connection to the internet. When hard wired in, I do not have this issue.

This is my mothers computer so I'm not sure when the problem started. I am fairly computer savy but have been unable to fix this on my own like I usually do. My next step will be to reload the computer, if I can not get these issues resolved.

here you go. I hope this is the correct file. I also took screenshoots of the error messages, but they are too big to upload. I can work on resizing them if you need them later.
