virus help

    is it possible for a virus to be caused by program licenses because i reformatted my computer and after installing a program from many sources but using the same licenses i still get pop-ups and unwanted changes to my computer

    Please say exactly what you mean! Are you trying to use licenses that do not belong to you for illegal software?

    Exactly what does this mean? Does it mean you are installing it from your hard disk, and then from a CD, and then from and online file....etc?

    Whose license is it? What popup exactly ware you getting? What changes are you referring to?

    We can check your PC for malware which the steps below will do but if you are installing any illegal software or cracks or already have then you need to start by uninstalling all them since we cannot help you clean a PC if it is being infected by software like this.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
