Hey guys, for the past few days my computer has been at the shop because i couldnt get past the windows is starting screen. They fixed the problem and said it had something to do with a TON of viruses. My computer has been acting extremely weird all day so i decided to come here. I've been following the guide on how to get rid of malware and have a log or two to post on here.

    Microsoft Windows is not responding?!

Hey guys, i made a post earlier talking about how my computer just got out of the shop for being infected with a plethora of viruses. I got it back yesterday and it was acting super weird and would freeze up after about 30 minutes. I ran Rouge Killer, MGtools, Malwarebytes and HitmanPro. Rouge Killer came up with a trojan or two and get rid of them but, still no success. I would post some logs but, I cant go on my computer for more then 3 minutes as I get a pop-up that says, "The application is not responding,do you wish to end process or wait?" and then just loads and I cant click anything. I am on a seperate computer right now as my main wont function after 3 minutes basically. Someone help me please!! I really don't know what to do. I have some logs on my older post if you want to see them go here.

    P.S Windows 7

Try opening a command prompt and type in:
    shutdown /a

Then see if you can upload the logs.
