The file is jkkighe.dll (I used zonealarm to scan and the path is C:\\WINDOWS\system32\jkkighe.dll), and I know that this has to be one of the problems since it was created at the exact time I got a whole bunch of annoying popups and problems on a website, which was a few days ago. It won't let me view this in Notepad like the others, etc.

I'm obviously not an expert with computers, however I'm happy to learn and I'm not at rock bottom. Can anyone tell me what's going on, and how if/how I can fix it without reformatting my computer?

    Thanks,
    Saralynne
