Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Antivirus software and on-demand scanners on this system : Malwarebytes

    Date and how issue started:
I was gonna install my antivirus program before I start downloading some files. The date was yesterday, I've downloaded a file and I didn't realise it was a virus. I have my process hacker ready (I've should have tried it on sandboxie ), I've also used malwarebytes to scan the file but It didn't detect anything, so I'm not scared of opening the file and I tried it.

The computer restarted itself, everything works fine, I thought it was a power failure or something that's not related to the file, so I tried it again (Having confidence because malwarebytes did not detect anything).

Then, when I opened the program, windows defender came out something like Trojan Alureon or something and I saw my process hacker theres some (XXXX~.EXE) being runned, I can't remember the exact stuff though because the reboot was too fast.

Then, I was unable to start windows for the second reboot, the bios started, load some AHCI stuff (normal) , when It comes to "Loading Windows Operating System" It just stucked there, usually It will run.
Current issues and symptoms: So as I've described, the OS doesn't start, tried using boot disk but the boot disk doesn't repair at all.

I've use FRST, Here's the log file
