Virus infection

having problems with IE, everytime I go online it automatically goes to virus scan pop up and says I have major virus problems then tries to upload at my
computer screen shows graphs like it wants to load. I have done complete malicious scan with latest microsoft software scanner. Also I have latest spy sweeper and virus scan its up to date, and ran adware se too. All scans showed nothing cant figure out whats going on. Im affraid to allow this so called virus update to load? any help wopuld be greatly appreciated.

need find a way to remove an IEvrus remover it says that has attached itself to my ie and wont let me us it unless i buy the virus scan?? it pops up when trying to use ie and says warning major virus on my computer which is bogus. My computer has latest and greatest spysweeper virus scan.
i just need to know what i can use to remove this program safely. thx
