I've having a problem with my computer, I went to a site one day then all of a sudden one of those " you have such amount of viruses on your computer, hit ok to remove them" I closed the window as soon as I could. I use the Spyware Terminator, which has a real time shield I use,I also have Ad-Aware. then I started having pop ups to either allow or block the program. here are a few of what would come up " C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\BIPUSANE.DLL , EEDDJP..DLL, HUWULITA.DLL " etc. Then Windows Defender pops up saying there is a Trojan on my computer. also I have internet windows opening up on their own like pop ups in internet explorer,(I'm using firefox) it causes my computer to freeze and run slow often. If any other information is needed, I can add to it.

Please begin by clicking Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > View > Show Hidden Devices.
    • Scroll down to “Non-plug and Play Drivers” and click the plus icon to open those drivers.
    • Then search forTDSSserv.sys
    • Let me know if you find this or not.
    • If you do find it, right click on it, and select Disable. Do not try to uninstall it.
    • Also if TDSSserv.sys is found and you disable it, then reboot.
    • After reboot continue on with the below cleaning instructions.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    Notes:
    1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

I've scrolled down to the "Non-plug and Play Drivers" and I do not see the "TDSSserv.sys" where you said.

Just continue on with the rest of the instructions after the below line:

I have followed the instructions, and now I can not, open my add/remove programs under my control panel, and I can not open my Ad-aware to run a scan.
when I start my computer up I get a "application error The instruction at '0x00ba2419' referenced memory at '0x0007f3a4' the memory could not be 'read' " If I close that window I get a pop up that says my computer will shut down in 1:00 minute.
also I keep getting this "spyware Protect 2009" thing on my computer, like a spyware removal program, but I never downloaded and didn't download anything that would have had that with it.

Then why didn't you attach the 4 requested logs which we need inorder to help you.

We did not ask you to run Ad-Aware and it will not help you anyway since it is not very effective against most of todays current malware.

There is a strong possibility that you have infected Windows system files but without seeing the logs we requested, I cannot tell.

Can you use shutdown -a from a Start, Run box to stop the shutdown? If so, please attach the logs we requested. Also if necessary, you could try using Safe Boot mode.
