when i log on to window and desktp appears an error msg appears on scree and iam attaching a pic of that msg and when i click ok button than task manager is disabled and speed of computer is very slow after this.i am a lan net user. i have symentec end point installed on my pc and it is updated from net.now what should i do man plz help as soon as possible plz

This sounds more like a software issue....you may need to post in the software section where you may be directed to This Site

However...if you are having other issues:

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
