Virus problems - Note I have followed the instructions in here toremove them.

I have major problems with my computer.It's full of bugs with pop up screens, programs trying to install,etc.

I have followed your instructions. But I'm unable to attach the files. There is no Manage Attachments button showing under Attach Files below.How can I send the necessary reports?

Please note both getrunkey and shownew did not work as messages came back saying they could not run in M Dos 16 (or something like that)

Can someone please help?

Click the button http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/buttons/reply.gif and at the top where you're typing there should be a button "Manage Attachments".

Let me know if you still can't upload them.

Sorry still can't see any button. Can I cut and paste the reports into this message instead of attaching the files?

 

That button is located at the top left hand corner of this box.
