Virus Removal Help

Hi I have a virus on my pc that I can't get rid of I've tried Panda, Trend Micro, Lavasoft Adware Removal, Spybot, Defender and Hijackthis. I haven't been able to get rid of this virus with anything. I have attached the hijackthis log.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis

You have 2 resident Anti-Virus programs installed AVG and OfficeScan. Never have more than 1 AV program installed on your computer. Pick one, uninstall the other.
