Virus Removed Now A File Will Not Run

Hi,
I had a virus of which i am glad to say with the help of this site its now gone as things are running like they should.
Since removing the virus a piece of software now doesnt run.
Can you advise any help with this.
I set this up some 5 years ago but now a bit rusty in trying to sort it.
I mount an image & use the run as date tool.
When i now click the icon which should run the software it tells me to pop in the disc.
This is the issue as ages ago i copied all the files to the pc & its run like that for years no problem.
I see a drive G and the name on the software below it.

I am not knocking anything about the help i have received but would like this to run again.

After running defogger again this times its sorted my issue.
