Virus residue still lingers.. help

Hi,
I have performed the requiried steps outlined in your Read and Run me First Post.

I am attaching the files as instructed.

I have had a virus lingering in this machine for a while now. It is annoying to say the least. It make the mouse curser jump around, I have closed a few programs accidently due to it jumping to the x box. Also it makes my mouse move itself at times (when just sitting there it will go to the left about an inch) and almost struggles at times for me to get the mouse to go where I need it to go.

I had found and removed several WIN32 HORS trojans using avast, the machine was suppose to be protected by Mcafee which obviously did not work.

The steps I have taken so far have found residues of it and removed them successfully, however this mouse is still acting strange. Funny one of the programs combofix, had a statement near the end of the log .. catch me..what a pain.

Any further help would be extremly appreciated.
