virus (s) taking over need help

    :rolleyes hay guy's I have dug a hole and im stuck in it i tried to download some music the other day from a web page only to be given a heap of adware and trojan and spyware problems it seems like it just getting worse and i dont now were to go to get some good antivirus software:confused: do you no were i could maybe find some free download stuff much thanx :)

    Guys just so you dont think that un-auth members posted in this forum, I moved it so the tried and trusted methods could be used without multiple confusing posts for Sapper.

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
