??virus??SHOULD NOT SEE ME??Virus??

i installed macromedia flash 8 and my pc shut down all of a sudden everything boom gone.
all i saw was an "end program screen" saying "ending Program Should Not See Me" what is it? is it dangerous and how do i get rid of it?

all help is gratefully received.

1mb cache
512mb ddr ram
160gb harddrive
16spd dvd rw
ati radeon 9250 128 mb graphics card
runs windows XP
Phillips MT1200
