virus, spyware, malware, addware???

    I previously had Eset nod32 3.0.684.0 with the marsu fix. I found nod32 4.sumthin, so I downloaded it uninstalled the older version and installed the new one. Ever since i did that my automatic updates have been shut off and wont let me turn them back on. random popups keep appearing, sometimes even when im not on the internet? I am currently back to Eset Smart Security Business Edition v.3.0.684 and its still the same.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    If you are using illegal copies of Eset, we cannot help you with anything related to it. You need to purchase valid software. In addition, we only work on removing malware in this forum so a cracked/patched/illegal copy of any software would be the first thing to remove.
