Virus/Spyware

My sister had limewire on her computer which I told her not to download it on there but now she has all these popups which was taking over everything even the internet anyway I finally was able to put on AVG and I believe it got the stuff off. I have a HJT Log if anyone could tell me if it's clean??? also have another problem now the internet is giving me an error

You still have malware on there. HijackThis is not enough information for us to help you. We need the rest of the logs which are produced when you run through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. This will give us a lot more information to work with so we can better help you.

Hi, I can't download anything on her computer at least not on her account, but she had another account to log in on and I can access the internet with no problem and download things on that side but not on the main account. Could I just delete her main account??? I had used an usb thingy to put the programs onto her computer on her account but when I try to open them up won't let me and also when trying to get into add/delete in control panel I can click on it but it doesn't show me anything also I can't open task manager either on the main account. Could I just delete the main account and fix the computer that way?

The problem about deleting the whole account is that you will lose all her documents, settings, bookmarks, favorites, photos, etc. If you want to delete the account, could you backup some of these things first, so she doesn't lose everything?
