Virus stopping MSE & Browser Redirects

    I am running a Dell 1705 laptop:
    Windows Vista SP2, 32bit, 4MB Ram

    I got infected today. Still have inet access. But Windows Defender, Windows Updates and MSE won't run. They say a similar thing....the specified service does not exist as an installed service.

    I'm also getting intermittent browser redirects and some red screens (security issue when visiting google.com.

    MalwareBytes found several trojans and malware.

    I've followed the malware sticky and the logs are attached.

    Please download ComboFix to your desktop and run it. Do not do anything while it runs. Attach the log when it is finished. Disable all AV software before trying to run it.
