Virus Trojan horse downloader.generic6.abkb - Could not be removed

Hello there, hope someone could help me with my virus problem.

AVG shows that I am infected with Trojan horse downloader.generic6.abkb.
It says that it healed it but once I rebooth the computer it pops up again.
It would say page cannot be displayed with i.e. and it is just a blank page with firefox,

I tried several online scanner but none of them worked

Thanks for the reply and the help. I will attach the logs for combofix, spybot and the hijackthis.

I had done several steps with regards to theevirus removal.
- run ccleaner, spybot, avg antivirus, avg antivirus, also did the online scanning for panda, bit defender, kaspersky, mcafee, and a few other.
