Virus/worm or not?

Got this pop up today, however mbam, AVG, and TDSSkiller found no malware.

HD Sentinel gives the Kingston SSD a clean bill of health. Apparently, I can't even upload a .gif, as it exceeds the file limit size.

 

What pop-up are you getting?
Is it in Windows or your browser?

 

It's a repetitious pop up, but it stopped when I clicked on the option for Windows to cease and desist. And though HD Sentinel gives the drive a clean bill, I downloaded the Kingston software which has now shown multiple SMART warnings. Even RogueKiller gave the system a clean bill of health.

Additionally, when I booted my PC tonight the system halted to inform me of a SMART failure and to press F1 for the BIOS.

Seems I'll be getting a new drive under warranty, I hope. I ordered a Samsung Pro anyway, which I was going to wait until my tax return came through to purchase. BUUUUT, Assassin's Creed was free with the SSD @Newegg...
