Virus?

ok, so I can't CTRL ALT DEL, but i can go into msconfig, the only programs running are "ModemOnHold, cftmon, ATIPTA, Adobe Reader Speed Launcher, Adobe ARM, Windows Defender, and IMVU.Ink (may be Lnk) i went into safe mode, and downloaded CCleaner, tried to download Panda antivirus. I was able to run CCleaner, but can't install Panda. The internet is blocked, unless I start in "safe mode with netoworking" i'm stumped! can anyone help? :confused

 

Do all these scans first. Just read through them, and do what you can, then post your issues with the logs in the Malware section.:major

Edit: And I have done plenty of scans in safe mode, has been a life saver in the past.

Why is no antivirus listed in msconfig?
Please go through the Read &run Me.

Please be diligent...take your time. Follow the instructions, to the letter.
If you face any problems, make a note of the same and continue to the next step.

Start a new thread and post the requested logs in, Malware Removal.
Mention any issues you may have run into, following the guide.
