Hey,

Computer with 4 user accounts. I can log in with 3 out of 4 accounts.
With the 4th account, I can't. I saw the screen of the polizei virus, or atleast something familiar.

I ran a scan in safe mode with malewarebytes & superantispyware, no results. I cleared the temp files. Tried to start up with no services/bootup programs. No result.

In attachment, frst.txt, maybe this will help out.

Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now boot into normal Windows can continue with the below.
