virusburster! I think,Help me please,

Not sure how i got it,im new to all this but have followed all instructions on the sticky, only thing i couldnt do was online scans in safe mode, Any help will be much appreciated

Sorry didnt post symptoms,I have what looks like a mine that flashes a yellow triangle with an exclaimation on bottom right of screen beside clock, a balloon pops up warning of major system errors and click here to get anti spyware, it then takes me to virusbursters website. Have also had loads of windows opening one after the other but thats only happened once.

 

Right, suspecting it was spywarestrike i followed all the special removal proceedures for it, after rebooting the annoying icon with the warnings was still there so i proceeded to the panda active scan and it found a spyware file inC:\WINDOWS\system32\xxfgmy.dll so i found said file and couldnt delete so i changed the extention from dll to ddd as said in the spyfalcon removal proceedure, then i ran the smitrem again and was then able to delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\xxfgmy.dll. I rebooted and spyware icon on desktop was gone, i have scanned again and panda active scan found nothing, so is that me got rid of problem?
