Virusburster pain

    hi i have had a virus burster pain icon in systemtray it installed itself, have done the whole read this first stuff. also couldnt get the shownew and getrunkey it kept saying that i needed to flush my dns cache. whic i have done repeatidly and still cant access alot of folders on your site. i will include bitdefender, hijack, panda reports for your viewing.

    Please attach all logs as requested in the guide.

    As we moved the forum to another server yesterday some have experienced, that issue when trying to get those two files as in ShowNew and GetRunKeys, so to help try the below ( I just tested it an I can get them ok now )

    When logging into the forum are you clicking the Remember Me box as well? if not do so then try downloading the files again.

    also if that doesnt work try these links to the same pages for ShowNew and GetRunKeys
