    Hi,
    I've tried step by step to get rid of that "Critical system Alert". But still coming back all the time. I uninstall VirusBurster. But still got taht message again. Since then my browsers are very slow and downloading take a lot of time. And I am Highspeed connection
    I will attach few log files from the different programs I downloaded.

    Please help me,

    Hi and Welcome to Majorgeeks :)


    The best way to fully start the removals process of getting this pest off your PC is to follwo the below guide, as Hijackthis on its own will nto highlight all the malware that could be on your PC as its limited in what it scans for, once you have followed the guide, attach the reqiested logs and iff needed further manual removal instructions will be posted for you.

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.




    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
      • CounterSpy
      • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
      • Bitdefender - from step 6
      • Panda Scan - from step 6
      • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
      • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
      • HijackThis
    NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

    You need to follow the instructions for installing and running GetRunKey. You are running it from inside the ZIP file which will not work properly. You also need to attach a log from ShowNew as requested and also make sure you install and run it properly. BUT DON'T ATTACH NEW LOGS YET! Wait until you do the below.



    I'm going to post two sets of instructions below. Each will be enclosed in separate Quote boxes. Make sure to complete the first one 100% before moving on to the second one.

    ATTACH THE FIRST LOG NOW BEFORE CONTINUING OR YOU WILL OVERWRITE IT!!!! And then immediately continue on to the below steps.

    Now attach new logs from:
    • GetRunKey
    • ShowNew
    • HJT
    How are things working now?

    Hi cannot process with Shownew...says system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose "Close" to terminate the application. Bu have Getrunkey log file attach.

    You only attached the first rapport.txt log! You must attach the second one. Based on your logs, you never did step 2. Or perhaps it is just due to the fact that you did not click on the link I gave you and download the proper version of the tool! You must follow our directions exactly!

    Start over again and follow the steps including download from the link I gave you.

    Please read the instructions page again for both GetRunKey and ShowNew. This error message is clearly explained there and what you need to do to fix it. You need to follow those steps and MAKE SURE you extract ALL of the files from the ZIP files as requested. Then attach new logs from GetRunKey and ShowNew.

    Hi,
    Here is my step 2 log, exactly the way it says in your tutorial....
    I had problems similar to this one before, with SpyFalcon...I got rid of it...This one seems to be tuff to eliminate...
