    When I try to reinstall the driver for my Visioneer 7300 & Paperport 8, it asks for the serial number. However, it will no longer accept my serial number [makes no sense--used it before] and their tech support will not help me [end of life scanner]. I either need a new driver or a way around the serial number issue.
