Vista 64-bit or 32-bit? for P4 3.06GHz HT

Wondering if anyone knew if this processor can take full advantage of Windows Vista 64-bit edition. Intel states:

"Scalability and performance with Intel® EM64TΦ
Intel® Extended Memory 64 TechnologyΦ (Intel® EM64T) can improve performance by allowing the system to address more than 4 GB of both virtual and physical memory. Intel EM64T also provides support for 64 bit computing to help handle the applications of tomorrow."

So, would you recommend 32-bit or 64-bit Vista with this processor?
