Vista Administrator Account Misconfiguration

Hello. I am new to this forumn and decided to join for help. I recently had a new hard drive installed on my laptop and the computer shop pre-installed various lenovo software along with a generic "lenevo" administrator account to perform the installation.

When I changed my administrator account name to "Nickolas Magos" which is my name, I noticed that in the control panel everything is ok, as well as in my documents, BUT in My Computer under users it still says "lenevo" and NOT "Nickolas Magos". The computer seems to work ok other than lots of hard disk noise(read, write) BUT when using Free Download Manager and I try to download programs/videos it recognises "lenevo" under save as pop-up window.

I did try the windows error check utility but the problem still persists. I am at a loss what to do next. I also downloaded Reprofiler and when I try to run the program the computer stalls/hangs. Should this be done in safe mode?

I wish to get this resolved without formatting my disk if possilble. Thanks!!
