vista and admin user account

i am trying to install and uninstall programs (jumi mouse and f-light or whatever its called).. i only have one user account and it has full access but it keeps telling me i dont. and need that do install/uninstall.

 

What is your OS?

What are you running for virus protection? Has this changed?

Exactly what programs show in your add/remove program list, related to this?

And you cannot uninstall same program?

Can you uninstall in safe mode perhaps?

Also, make and model of computer?

Any other quirks in the puter's performance?
