Vista application error 1505 and 1500

When I create a new profile on our Vista based laptop and log in i get an error saying that it was unable to use my profile and has used the administrator profile. The event error is 1505. I also have a 1500 error.

Can someone help me to fix this issue and be able to use new profiles? Is there a fix issued that will work for this?

This might help with your profile logon problems. as for the 1505 error can you give more details about it?

 

Thanks for the link Night fighter, I have taken a look and will deffinitely try it out for you when i have a moment. Regarding the 1505 error, I will have to create a new profile to replicate the error and show you the results... I will so this first.

Mark Trent... regarding the other issue, I am working to get this for you. I have not been able to be patient enought to log on to the laptop having the problems. I will do this as soon as possible, as I would like to begin using the laptop again if possible.
