Everytime I start my computer up it automatically comes up with the auto system recovery and I can't click cancel it just basically says not allowed until it is completed fixing then it loads up fine after that.

Any ideas whats wrong? or what to do?

Sounds like Vista is finding a problem that it can only patch but I don't know...

Might help to learn a little bit about it:

Might be a good idea to check to see if you have any System Restore points for your machine...make sure it's working. Just a guess, but no restore points might trigger the auto system recovery to create one in Vista....
