VISTA - file transfer over network

    I have a PC with VISTA and a PC with XP. I've been copying files back and forth, running programs off one computer to the other with no problem. However, recently I've come across some files that I cant access. I get a "destination folder access denied" message (trying to copy onto vista). This only occurs on certain files; they are not located in the windows or program files folder (where you cant copy regardless)

    anyone know of any fix?
