OH and if you also mean the folder for the 3rd party gadgets and none MS default ones then its this folder.

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets

just past the above loaction into an explorer window address bar and hit go.

or full link is C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME GOES HERE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets

Thanks halo. One more thing, about the sidebar gadgets. I will have 2 or 3 running, not even filling the bar then when I try to ad another it goes onto another page if you get what I mean. I want to fill this bar up before using another, how does that work? confused

Depends on what gadgets you are using as popping them onto the next page is size dependent, your not using mutliple spaces are you?

I have 8 on the sidebar of mine at present, but also screen resolution will play a part, I use max res of my monitor @ 1680x1050.

I have got my monitor 1280x1024 (full res) I have like the clock and the Multi Meter, I will try to add that My Computer and it puts itself on another bar. Theres nearly a full bar empty. I think its just the clock thats causing it as if I remove the clock its sweet. Ill try to just get another clock see if that works.

Its doing it with them all, it will only let me put 2-3 gadgets there at once, before it pops them onto another bar confused

Its possibly the My Computer gadget, it by default has some options you likely wont need set by default, goto its menu and untick Network and Media drives, does it change?

If not use the Drive Info gadget only will do same thing on the drives but without the My Computer link... may need to wait for an update to that gadget as it seems to be allocating space on the sidebar, even in not used.

*early days for many gadgets and many are programmed by 3rd parties and not MS, so will need tweaks to revisions to get right*

It is that, Ive just figured out a moment ago. I tried what you said and no change. Its OK I will just not use it as the Drive Info one is good enough :) Thanks :)

Just at some point I hope they update that gadget as it will be a good one but if you use the app launcher one too that comes with a link to Computer and Control Panel as default, then you add your own apps to the box, like below and mine.
