Vista media centre - no live TV!!

    I have an ASUS A7s laptop with a TV card installed. The problem is when I try to play a DVD or live TV via media centre it plays the sound for 10 seconds and then freezes. I bought Power DVD after realising Vista home premium needed a DVD decoder but the problem remains. Power DVD plays DVD’s no problem but live TV via media centre still freezes.

    Any ideas gratefully received.
