Vista- Migrating Music to new PC

Since WMP 11 does not support backup to your licenses for downloaded and purchased music, how do you backup the files for migration to a new pc running windows vista. I could revert back to WMP 10 and do the license backup, however, will not help with Vista since it only runs WMP11.

Also, is there any CD burning sotware out there that will not only burn the music but also the album info and other text files onto an audio CD? Everything could be backed up using music CD's if it would copy the text info to accompany the music for download and ripping to a new pc.

Any suggestions.
