Vista not installing, not help!

OKay, I had it.. I need ur advice/Help...

These are my specs
Intel core 2 duo E6400
7900gs xfx
2 gbs of corsair xms2 DDR2 800
500 watt psu antec 2
18x samsung dvdr
windows xp sp2...

I go to upgrade xp to vista.. everything is going good.. I dont stay there long enough for the last step. At the last step its called "Finishing install" Now, I wake up.. like many times before and its not done, its back at the first part of the install screen. I cant figure this out... WHat im wondering do u have to reinstall vista 2 times to get all of the files? Cuz I only do it once, like most appz u do it once. Im very pissed now.. I never had something give me some many problems before..

I ran the advisor thing to see if my stuff would work after install and it says these programs wouldnt hurt the upgrade but might not work after install. Of course this wouldnt.. Nvidia Display drivers/nview Desktop manager"Nvidia Drivers" Then this one.. SCI and RAID controllers : SCSI/RAID host controller.

I need ur help.. I never had a problem installing windows. ohh all my stuff supposely is vista verified... wtf!

 

I had this problem

The first time I tried the upgrade I simply turned off the antivirus (Zone Alarm)
Got the same error

I went back to XP and uninstalled the ZA suite. Worked then.
