Running Vista on a laptop and there's one thing I'd like to know about controlling programs connecting to the internet.
Does Vista allow programs to openly connect online once they're open and running?
I know with XP and a good firewall, communication can be controlled, not sure how or if it can be done in Vista? I like to have some form of control over my OS.
    Thanks.
