vista RC1 missing!

Ok I give up! I got my hands on a beta version of vista 64bit it drives me nuts but I am persevering, now I have had an email from Microsoft about RC1 so I downloaded it, now my ADSL is steam driven and nearly 4 gigs took a couple of days on and off (make that 4 actually) using the Microsoft download manager, and finally it finished hurrah! so I looked where the download manager said it was and zip nothing! funny so I had a realy good search using the vista search engine, once again zip zilch nada not a sausage. So I decided with heavy heart to download it again, the download manager told me that this file already existed and did I wish to over write it? I said no cos there is no point in doing it twice, I downloaded a freeware search engine and it cannot find it either, anyone got any bright ideas? Also so how do I burn an ISO file in vista to a DVD? my DVD burner came with Nero 7 and Nero 7 does not work in vista (I tried) Nero 6 does apparently but my version cannot find the burner! So if I find this mystery file how the hell do I get it onto a DVD? In case you wondered the IT guy at work downloaded the original for me and I burnt it there under XP, but I cannot get a 4gig file to my office PC. Any clues would be appreciated, I also have issues with my sound I have vista drivers for my sound card, vista tells me they are not vista drivers and refuses to load them!
